stationerycentral.com web site, the actual HTML templates that make up our e-mail stationery,
our "BuzzLetter" web-based email client application and our
"DynaSend" online email template library application.
The Privacy of Your E-mail is Fully Protected
StationeryCentral.com, Inc. does not, and can not, read, track, or otherwise monitor any e-mail message you send or receive that has been composed on our BuzzLetter email stationery and sent through our BuzzLetter email client application. The result is, your e-mail correspondence remains every bit as private as it always has been.
When
using the DynaSend service, your email is still sent through Microsoft Outlook,
just like always. StationeryCentral.com, Inc. can not read any e-mail
message you generate using the DynaSend service. The result is, your e-mail
correspondence remains every bit as private as it always has been.
Programming Technology Used is Secure and Streamlined
The technology we've used for our e-mail stationery and BuzzLetter email client application has been carefully designed to provide no opportunities for outside access to your computer while using our services. We maintain secure firewalls on all of our servers ensuring that SPAMMER's have no access to any aspects of our services for their illicit use, and to protect the integrity of all data maintained on our servers.
No Use of Cookies by StationeryCentral.com, Inc. without your Permission
The only time StationeryCentral.com, Inc. will place a cookie on your computer is if you check the "Remember Me" box on your DynaSend login screen. Cookies are never used in conjunction with any of the email generated via our online email library service.
Name and Email Addresses are Collected, and then Deleted (unless you opt-in
to a mailing list)
When a BuzzLetter email message is sent the names and email addresses of the sender and recipient are stored on our server's database. This database is emptied quarterly. No data is shared with, or sold to, anyone other than the client who has engaged StationeryCentral.com, Inc. to conduct the specific BuzzLetter program, and even then, the data is only provided to the client after we have a signed statement on hand indicating their willingness to comply with all applicable privacy laws.
No Relationships with Third Party Ad Networks

Personal Registration Data used for the DynaSend Program Only
When you register for DynaSend you will be asked to supply personal contact information. This information serves two purposes in our program, and is used for nothing else whatsoever. The first purpose this information serves is that it is used to complete the various "mail-merge" values that may exist in DynaSend email stationery templates. Secondly, it provides the DynaSend Library Administrator (for any DynaSend library you have installed) access to your contact information. No data is shared or sold externally.
