LIBRARY ADMINISTRATOR VIEW If you're a DynaSend "Library Administrator" you'll see a version of DynaSend that offers some special functionality - you will be able to:
Users won't have this functionality - they'll only be able to preview and use templates. |

After creating your HTML template on a local computer (using any HTML editor of your choosing) you'll use DynaSend's simple upload dialog to add the new template to any of your folders. Note: If you need assistance in creating HTML templates we can create one or more "Master Templates" for you and then show you how to edit the content - it's easy!

Once uploaded you can give your template a descriptive name, enabling your users to easily identify its purpose. That's it - you're done!

USER VIEW The new template now appears in your library under the category you have placed it in. |

|
Access is Immediate: Anyone that has been provided with access to your DynaSend Library will be able to immediately access and send the new email message you just created. |
