HOW IT WORKS

1. Designated "Library Administrators" create and upload templates.

2. Users locate templates on a webpage, then copy and paste them into email messages as needed.


LIBRARY ADMINISTRATOR VIEW

If you're a DynaSend "Library Administrator" you'll see a version of DynaSend that offers some special functionality - you will be able to:

  • create folders

  • upload templates

  • delete templates

  • rename templates

Users won't have this functionality - they'll only be able to preview and use templates.

After creating your HTML template on a local computer (using any HTML editor of your choosing) you'll use DynaSend's simple upload dialog to add the new template to any of your folders.

Note: If you need assistance in creating HTML templates we can create one or more "Master Templates" for you and then show you how to edit the content -  it's easy! 

 

Once uploaded you can give your template a descriptive name, enabling your users to easily identify its purpose.

That's it - you're done!

 


USER VIEW

The new template now appears in your library under the category you have placed it in.

Access is Immediate:  Anyone that has been provided with access to your DynaSend Library will be able to immediately access and send the new email message you just created.
