DynaSend libraries are self-managed, providing you with absolute control over all aspects of your template library. Functionally there are three levels of involvement with a DynaSend program.
Library Administrator: One or more designated "Library
Administrators" on your staff will have special login privileges that enable them to create and organize
the library's folder categories and then add and delete individual email templates
to and from these folders.
The creation and management of your template library will all be done through our
extremely easy to use web interface.
Template Authors: The written email templates themselves may be created by anyone in your organization and submitted to your designated library administrator for
final HTML formatting (1) and then posting to your library.
End Users: Everyone that has been provided access to your library is simply able to use the prewritten templates on an as-needed basis. Getting started takes just minutes and is very easy.
