MASTER TEMPLATES

Stationery Style Designs:  Upon request, we will be pleased to supply you with the HTML code that we suggest using to create email letterhead for use with DynaSend.  It's been tested with all versions of Outlook and virtually every other stand-alone and web-based email program ⁽¹⁾.  It will require you to create and host a 677 pixel-wide stationery header and footer.  Right and left edge borders for the stationery design are defined by a one pixel vertical line.

If you'd prefer, we can produce the finished master templates for you, ready for you to insert text into and post to DynaSend.  The one-time fee is $300 per master template.

Alternative Designs:  There is no requirement that a stationery style design be used for templates posted to DynaSend.  You may post any style of HTML template you wish.  We do encourage you to test thoroughly however, as email formatting tends to be tricky.

(1) To our knowledge, Lotus Notes will not support the sending HTML templates formatted as stationery.
