Will I have to use my stationery for every message I send or reply to?

No. It will always pop up, but if you don't want to use it you can just click your mouse to the right of it, and press the BACKSPACE key. This will remove it from this particular message. Or, you can temporarily turn it off in your setup and then turn it back on again later.
