EASY WEB-BASED DISTRIBUTION TO MANY USERS WITHIN A COMPANY

We will assist you in facilitating the distribution of your email signature to large numbers of users by creating and hosting a permanent "Download Page" for your email signature program.  You may then notify employees via email or a link on an employee-only area of your website or corporate Intranet.  Your download page will be kept live and will be used to distribute new signatures and for updates to existing signatures.

The download pages are flexible in design, depending upon your specific requirements.  The following examples illustrate two such download pages designed to meet different needs (installation links are deactivated):

Regional Law Practice:  Langley and Banack, a Texas-based regional law firm ordered customized email signatures for each of their three offices.  Working through their IT and marketing departments we designed the signatures and created this DISTRIBUTION PAGE to facilitate installation by their hundreds of attorneys & support staff.

Large Florida Real Estate Firm:  Rutenberg Realty, a Tampa-based real estate brokerage firm requested that we design an email stationery program that provided a "free" generic template to their 2000 agents, with an option to order a "premium upgrade" that contained the agent's photo and direct contact information incorporated into the graphics.  We agreed to a $45 upgrade fee and designed this DISTRIBUTION PAGE for their program.
