USER PERSONALIZATION

In some applications it makes sense to create a single company-wide generic signature and then enable each individual employee to personalize it for themselves.

Users of Outlook or Outlook Express will be able to easily add a "signature-above-a-signature."

This enables larger companies to purchase a generic signature template from us, and then allow each employee to add their own direct contact information directly above it.

Employee added content occurs during the user setup process, and is very easy.  This content can be changed by the user at any time.

Note:  Maria & Brett's email address hyperlinks appear color-coordinated to the overall design.  We pre-program the color-coordination of hyperlinks as a standard part of all our designs.
